The whole hotel was reasonably clean and the staff was friendly and competent. The service was good throughout our stay. The location was particularly good, not far from Really close to main railway station, and 3x a meter taxi, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. And there was Hor-Nok-Hook Cafe' with short-orders feet from the venue, super convenient. Our stay there was very enjoyable.

Friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to assist us with our delayed luggage. Our room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water provided. We enjoyed the American breakfast served in our room. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore attractions like Chinatown and the Golden Buddha on foot. The well-stocked bar was a nice touch for a short stay. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right opposite the train station. It is also within walking distance to major touristy areas and the riverbank city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and go out of their way to assist their guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a helpful member of staff available to assist with luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, mainly because of its close proximity to the train station. The location was excellent for me, as I needed to catch an early train to Chiang Mai. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely swimming pool that looked inviting. The staff were very kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the included breakfast was a combination of Eastern and Western dishes, which was very good.

Hard to think of anything negative. The only slight inconvenience was that for sightseeing purposes, transportation by tuk-tuk or taxi was needed to most of the attractions in this city.

Christmas at the hotel was pretty nice, with a great breakfast buffet that included different pastries and beverages. One thing that stood out was the pool, which was enjoyable due to its nice and clean facilities, which allowed you to relax and cool down after walking around the busy city. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, situated right next to a major train station and walking distance to various local attractions.

Despite the great amenities, some parts of the hotel were outdated and not properly maintained. The hotel rooms were small and cramped, with dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds.
